Loyalty system allows you to target specific Mix Match codes. Any product that belongs to a Mix Match group is eligible for a reward. These Mix Match groups are defined in the catalog, and the name of the Mix Match group in the catalog should be similar to the code you enter into the system.

• Navigate to the Actions & Rewards tab within a promotion.

• Choose any Product Action type. You'll see the Mix Match Code option.

• Select Mix Match Code and enter the code (up to 120 characters) in the text box provided:

  

  Note1: Data entered in the text box will be lost if you switch from Mix Match Code to Product Group or Individual Item Code.

  Note2: You are allowed to enter only one Mix Match code per promotion action.

• Click Save. Your action is now configured as follows:

  

To add multiple Mix Match codes, you can create multiple promotion actions.
