Loyalty system allows you to add individual items to quickly define a promotion action without creating a product group. Below are the steps to add individual items to the promotion:

• Navigate to the Actions & Rewards tab within a promotion.

• Choose any Product Action type. You'll see the Individual Item Code option.

• Select the Individual Item Code option, enter item codes in the text box (up to 120 characters), and click on Add Item:

  

  Added item codes will appear as follows:

  

  Note1: Loyalty system doesn't allow you to add duplicate item codes. You can add up to 100 item codes to your promotion.

  Note2: If you switch from Individual Item Code to Product Group or Mix Match Code, any data entered in the Individual Item Code will be lost.

• By selecting the checkbox, you can Delete any added item codes (single or multiple).

  

• Once you have added the item(s), click on Save. Your action is now configured with the individual item(s):
