If the transactions processed through the third-party payment terminals, and if the merchant configured for Gift Card payment, then the Back Office generates the gift card settlement report.

To view the Gift Settlement report:

• Log in to Back Office using specific store view.
• Select RESULTS > GIFT SETTLEMENT.
• Filter your results by 'Today,' 'Yesterday,' 'Last 7 days,' 'Last 30 days,' or use the calendar to select a start and end date.
• Click the search icon.
