Tier
After defining the first set of actions and rewards, it is referred to as Tier 1 promotion.
Adding a Tier
To add a new tier, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Actions & Rewards tab and scroll to the bottom.

Click on Add Tier button.

Set the Action.
Note: You cannot change the Action Type. The value you have entered in the tier 2 condition (Action) should be greater than the tier 1 condition.

Set the Reward.
Note: Tier 2 reward must be greater than the tier 1 reward. The Receipt Text entered in Tier 2 will display only when the customer's purchase triggers the Tier 2 condition. The limit for the Receipt Text is 100 characters.

Enter the message in the Receipt Text field.

Uncheck Limits if you want to set item and dollar limit conditions.
The Tier 2 condition is configured as follows:
Note: You can add unlimited tiers to your promotion.
Delete Tier

Go to the Actions & Rewards tab and click on the "Delete" icon.
Note: You are not allowed to delete the Tier 1 condition.
