Consumer inquiry
Consumer inquiry gives you an insight into consumer details and allows you to create and manage individual and loyal customers.

Expand Consumer Management on the left navigation panel, and click Consumer Inquiry.

Using Attributes and Parameter types, input your value in search box.

You can add up to four Attribute types to search the consumer using +Add.

Click Search.

Click on the Consumer Number to view the Consumer Summary.
Consumer summary
Here is an overview of Consumer Details, Transaction History, and Targeted Promotions. You can also perform Loyalty Program Adjustments along with an option to modify Consumer Identifiers.
Consumer details
Info related to the first and last names, addresses, phone numbers, and consumer numbers are displayed in this section. You cannot modify the consumer details from consumer inquiry.
Consumer identifiers
In addition to the basic details of a consumer, they can be identified with three unique parameters, such as Loyalty Card number, Alternate ID, and Email address. You can modify the identifiers in the following cases:
- Lost or stolen loyalty card
- Inactive alternate ID or Email address
- Change in alternate ID or Email address
Add three 'Active' identifiers to the Consumer Identifiers. If any identifier type is 'Inactive', you can add a new one with the same type to the list.
Add

Click + Add Identifier.

Select Identifier Type, enter the Consumer Identifier and then Save Changes.
Edit
- Modify the existing identifier(s) and click Save Changes.
Delete
- Click to delete any existing identifier and then Save Changes.
A message Successfully updated identifiers is displayed upon completing the above actions.
Targeted Promotions
Set of promotions targeting the consumer.

Click on the Promotion Name to view the Promotion Summary

To remove consumers from the consumer segment and associated promotions, click the Ellipses and then select Remove.
Consumer Transactions
A history of the ten most recent consumer transactions is displayed.
- Timestamp: The recent transaction occurred on the last date and time
- Presented Card: Attributes such as Name, Loyalty Card, Email ID, Phone Number, Alternate ID, or Mobile Number presented by the consumer
- Resolved Card: The Consumer ID retrieved by the system
- Site Name: Last visited site/store
- Transaction Number: Unique ID of the transaction
- Redemptions: Number of coupons redeemed
- Total: Total rewards earned
- Promotion External ID: External ID that identifies the promotion
- Promotion ID: Unique ID of the promotion
- Promotion Name: Name of the promotion applied to the transaction
- Awarded $ (per instance): $ Amount rewarded in a single transaction
- Points Redeemed: Number of points redeemed during the transaction
Using Attributes, input the consumer data and click Search. The search results are as follows:
Loyalty Program Adjustments
When there is a discrepancy in points accrual, you can fix them by clicking on Loyalty Program Adjustments.

From the Consumer Inquiry summary page, click on Loyalty Program Adjustments.

On the Selection page, search and select the Loyalty Program and click Next.

On the Adjustment page, enter the value in the Adjustment text box without decimals.
For Example, '+5' adds points to the program, while '-5' removes points from the program if available.

Click Apply Adjustment. A message Successfully updated 'Loyalty Program' for Consumer is displayed.

Click View Adjustment History to view the adjustments made previously.

Under Associated Promotions, search for the promotions that are associated with the loyalty program.
